A New Dimension in EP
Accurate Diagnosis and Efficient Workflow in AF Therapy
The Khelix variable loop catheters, manufactured by CathRX is designed to facilitate electrophysiological mapping of the heart. It consists of a handle and a shaft with a distalvariable loop containing an array of platinum-iridium electrodes for stimulation and recording.
The catheters are unidirectional deflectable and available in either 10 or 20 electrode configurations with an adjustable loop diameter ranging from 15 mm to 25 mm. The Khelix is built with a special safety feature in case of entanglement of the loop in the mitral valve.
It is the ideal loop catheter for contact mapping with the AcQMap 3D Imaging & Mapping system.
Unique loop release entrapment mechanism
In the event of distal loop entangement within the cardiac structures, the inner stylet can be withdrawn from the outer catheter sheath. This leads to a reduced stiffness in the distal loop and the catheter can be forcelessly pulled back without harming or injuring the cardiac tissue.
Map-iT is a steerable, unidirectional, fixed-loop mapping catheter designed for pulmonary vein poten-tial mapping in conjunction with the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
- True 180° deflection to ease access for challenging patient anatomies in the left atrium (LA), such as the right inferior pulmonary vein (RIPV)
- Array of 4 F loop sizes with 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 21 mm and 24 mm
- 10- and 20-pole variants
Our range of diagnostic catheters and our corresponding stimulator Qubic Stim for electrophysiological diagnostics provide an excellent addition for performing an accurate electrophysiological assessment.
